Proper baseball development for youth athletes
Push Foundations is a training system to set up youth athletes for success – focusing on proper body development, speed, agility, and prepping for proper use of gym equipment.
This will include proper arm care protocols, basic movement patterns, i.e. squats, hinges, push-ups.
Think of it this way, if younger guys carry heavy backpacks and swing bats, they should have some sort of resistance training, awareness of their bodies, and focus on how to develop properly and prepare for long-term success.
For: 8-12 year olds – in AZ and CO.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
How: To start, you’ll have an assessment that will place you in the baseball foundational development class or in our normal strength program.
Start by booking a strength in-person assessment as normal. You can also call us at 480-645-5650 for AZ or 720-618-3726 for CO to sign-up.
Assessment: One-time charge of $50 for Foundations’ athletes.
Program: Monthly cost of $250 (8 sessions total – 2 a week)
