Colorado Custom Baseball Training
Each athlete is built different - it's time to train different.
One-on-One Physical Assessment
Before our athletes touch a weight or a baseball, we conduct an in-depth, head-to-toe physical assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and movement deficiencies.
From this assessment, we are able to build a fully-custom lifting program to address any issue we find, and help the athlete succeed on the field.
We’ll also use VALD force plates, which measure forces exerted onto the ground by a person as they perform a movement or exercise.
Assessments are a one-time rate of $150.
Athlete-Specific Weightlifting and Mobility Program
We build fully custom and need-specific strength, conditioning and mobility programs for our athletes, based on their individual needs and goals.
No two athletes are the same, and we train them as such.
For college and pro athletes, your program membership is good for you to come in Monday – Saturday and work with our trainers in-person.
For high school/youth athletes, we have options to come in 2x a week, 3x a week, or 4x a week/unlimited Monday – Saturday.
Additionally, we utilize data collection, work with Dashr timing system and VALD force plates, and more to track your progress.
